Good to store
- Household furniture and appliances
- Boxes, bins, clothes and books
- Tools and equipment
- Business stock and records
- Seasonal things: decorations, mowers, grills (fuel tanks emptied)
Never store
- Gasoline, propane, fireworks or anything flammable or explosive
- Paint, chemicals and other hazardous materials
- Food or anything perishable that draws pests
- Animals or plants
- Anything illegal or stolen
- People. A storage unit is never a place to live or sleep.
Units are self storage for goods, not living or working space. Power is not provided inside units. When in doubt, one phone call saves the trouble.
